• Our pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and methodologies remain our property.
• You grant us a limited license to use your brand assets solely for delivering the contracted services (and portfolio use if agreed).

6. Results & Disclaimers

Digital marketing outcomes can be influenced by market conditions, platform algorithms, competition, and client cooperation. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, or revenue results unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NixsMarketing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

9. Website Use

You agree not to:
